The first thing you need to know is I am an entrepreneur and my business is helping other entrepreneurs become more successful. The purpose of this site is to help provide you with the information and tools to help achieve success. Success is not only defined by the number of zeros in your bank account, but by how well you achieve those zeros through balance in the areas of Wealth, Wellness, Leadership and Legacy.
What exactly is an entrepreneur? An entrepreneur is a man or woman who has the most amazing ideas and never enough money to do them. Due to a lack of funds, an entrepreneur spends most of their time finding money to fund their ideas. By the time they scrape a few dollars together their idea has gone from “world wide market domination” to “this should cover the mortgage.” However, entrepreneur’s all have an unwavering faith in whatever idea they are pursuing as well an an endless amount of guts and determination. While they may not achieve world wide market domination, they will more often than not find success simply because they look for it. Lastly, they often drive their friends and relatives nuts.
I guess you could say entrepreneurship is in my blood. My father owned a construction firm and my grandfather was one of the co-founders of KING and KJR radio in Seattle, WA. And his parents, my great grandparents, own The Royal Bank of Canada (my family is no longer part of the Canadian aristocracy-it is a great story as to how that one came about).
I graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Philosophy, History and Anthropology. I have studied Emerson, Maslow, Jung, Erickson and Hawkins to name a few. I am absolutely obsessed with understanding how and why we do what we do and how and why we can do it better.
Each week we produce a 1-2 minute video called the weekly homework. These range in topics anywhere from marketing to yoga, but with the sole intention of helping you maintain a sense of balance in your everyday life. Each week we update our blog with some interesting encounter I may have had with a business. Once a month we publish an entirely free magazine with a variety of relevant articles. Many of these categories are not business specific and that is by design. Most business ideas do not occur from reading or learning about how to build a better widget, but from learning new things and applying them to our own situation. We encourage our members to submit articles as well. If you would like to submit an article about your business, or how you overcame one of life's obstacles, we will publish it in an upcoming issue.
I provide a variety of tools for entrepreneurs to be successful and live to their upmost potential. I offer coaching and workshops based on a holistic approach. There is absolutely no way anyone can achieve success without all cylinders working together. Along with my personal approach, I also offer additional tools for entrepreneurs that are taught by other entrepreneurs. In fact, I utilize this service myself.
